Our swivel joints are available in various models and repair kits, suitable for normal or low temperature, or H2S environments. They come in sizes ranging from 1" to 4" and have a rated working pressure (WP) ranging from 2000psi to 20000psi (14MPa to 140MPa).
We provide both long and short radius swivel joints. The long radius swivel joints minimize fluid shock and offer better resistance to scouring and erosion. On the other hand, the short radius swivel joints are ideal for low-pressure operations where installation space is limited.
Our swivel joints are manufactured using NC machine tools, ensuring even wall thickness and a longer service life. The wall thickness difference between the inner and outer arcs meets FMC standards. The three-ball-race design allows for stable heavy load bearing and less vibration with variable loads.
All sizes of our swivel joints are interchangeable with FMC equivalent products used in cementing and fracturing equipment.
The sealing parts of our swivel joints are made of synthetic rubber with a release hole and are fitted with a blowout preventing metal ring. In case of any sealing part leakage, the pressure will be automatically relieved, enhancing safety performance.
