Our piston pump is equipped with top-of-the-line components, including 6 ¾ inch pistons and liners, ensuring optimal performance and durability. The KB-75 type pulse dampener, complete with a connection flange, gauge, and nitrogen charging device, guarantees smooth and steady operation.

With the JA-3 shear relief valve and discharge manifold, suction manifold, and connections, our piston pump ensures safe and reliable drilling operations. The greasing system, featuring both splashing and forced greasing, includes a gear oil pump for lubricating gears, bearings, crosshead, guiding plates, and extension rod, ensuring long-lasting performance.

To cool the liners' pistons, our piston pump comes with a pinion belt-driven liner wash pump assembly, complete with all required accessories such as a wash pump, belt guard, hoses, and recirculation tank. Alternatively, an electric spraying pump is available as an option.

For easy handling of different weights, our piston pump is equipped with a jib crane with a hand hoist and trolley. Additionally, pump pressure gauges are included for convenient monitoring.
