At GPE Oil Machinery Co., Ltd, we offer a wide range of hammer unions designed to meet the needs of various industries. Our hammer unions are available in different types, including thread connection, welding, and H2S service unions. With sizes ranging from 1" to 4" and CWP (Cold Working Pressure) of 1000Psi to 20000Psi (7MPa to 140MPa), we have the perfect union for your specific requirements.
To ensure easy identification, our unions with different pressure ratings are painted in different colors. Additionally, there are clear marks indicating the size, connecting mode, and pressure ratings for your convenience.
Our conventional unions with thread connection include the following models: FIG100, FIG200, FIG206, FIG400, FIG402, FIG602, FIG1002, and FIG1502. These unions are rated from 1000psi (7MPa) to 15000psi (105MPa).
For welding applications, we offer welding unions in models such as FIG20, FIG60, FIG1002, FIG1502, and FIG2002. These unions are rated from 2000psi (14MPa) to 20000psi (140MPa).
Our H2S welding unions are designed specifically for H2S (sour gas) environments. The models available include FIG602, FIG1002, FIG1502, FIG2202, Tr120×6, Tr150×6, and Tr180×8. These unions are rated from 5000psi (35MPa) to 15000psi (105MPa).
Our hammer unions feature seal rings made of high-quality rubber compound. These seal rings greatly enhance load-bearing capacity, sealing performance, and protect connectors from erosion. Different pressures and applications require different sealing methods, ensuring reliable performance in various conditions.
With wing nuts and rigid ACME, our hammer unions ensure quick installation or dismantling without the need for special tools. This saves time and effort, making them highly convenient for various operations.
All our unions are made in the English system and can be easily interchanged with products in the international market. The seal rings are fully interchangeable with SPM or FMC equivalent products. The marks of size and pressure in wing nuts are formed using die-forging models, ensuring compatibility with international products.
Our hammer unions are manufactured using advanced machining techniques. Spherical adapters are machined by precision NC machine tools, ensuring high sealing performance. LP threads are machined using special cutting tools. Wing nuts are machined by NC machines, providing high strength and load-bearing capacity. Welding materials and welding grooves conform to API 16C standards. Unions for sour gas environments are strictly manufactured to NACE-MR0175 and API RP-14E standards.
