Hydraulic Expansion Packers /Casing Inflatable Packers for oil well and Water well Repair, Water well fracture
Inflated type permanent packer are mainly used in the complex oil and gas well cementing engineering to realize packer and bridging in the different downhole . They also can be used for permanent packer in the downhole without cementing.
Oil- / water- swellable packer are made from special rubber. The swellable packers are run in hole with casing or tubing and swell in oil or water to isolate the annulus without any surface operation. Major applications are:
1.Isolation of special zones, such as isolation of high pressure water zone, prevention of gas or water coning
2.Isolation of pay zones to achieve selective zone production.
3.Run with other fracturing tools to perform a multi-stage fracturing job.
4.Used as a liner top packer to isolate liner-casing annulus.
5.To solve oil, gas or water migration problem when micro-annulus is created after cementing job, improving cementing quality.
