Product description

AH series hydraulic valves are designed for failure closure and are used on high pressure and large diameter valves. The medium pressure is used to push the driver piston down to overcome the spring's elastic force and the medium pressure of the valve to open the valve; Similarly, the drive pressure is released, the spring returns, and the valve is closed

Design feature

When the stem packing seal fails, the metal reverse seal between the valve cover and the stem can achieve a secondary seal.

A reverse seal test hole and a packing leak test hole are provided.

The packing pass adopts professional high pressure lifting self-sealing packing to ensure that the service life is greatly improved while sealing.

Both gate and seat seals are coated with tungsten carbide metal surface hardening treatment, which can effectively achieve zero leakage.

The driver piston surface is nitrided or hard chrome plated to increase surface hardness and wear resistance, thereby extending life.
