Our Bomco F1600HL discharge cylinder assembly Mud Pump Fluid End Modules are manufactured using high-quality alloy steel AISI8620 or AISI 4135. These modules undergo heat treatment and internal hardening to ensure exceptional durability. With strict mechanical machining and non-destructive testing, they offer long-lasting wear performance.

All our products are designed to withstand pressures of 5000psi, 7500 psi, and 1000 psi.

We also offer modules forged by alloy 35CrMo or 40CrMoMn. These modules are of high quality, thanks to secondary smelting and deoxygenation treatment. Manufactured according to JB/TQ252-81 Specification, they exhibit excellent mechanical performance.
