The mill test certifications guarantee a hardness range of 285 to 341 BHN and an impact value of 40 ft.-lbs. at room temperature, one inch below the surface. This ensures the durability and reliability of the drill collars in various drilling operations.

For precise and accurate drilling, all drill collar bars are trepanned and drifted to API specifications, ensuring close tolerance bores. The bar surface finish is "as rolled," maintaining the original mill finish for optimal performance.
