Product Description

1) 5 * 8 FG-FXG GARDNER DENVER  mud pump parts mud pump piston are strictly manufactured according to API Standard, which with a high performance

 in various well drilling environment. The hub is forged from high quality steel, and the piston rubber

 is made from specially formulated compounds which are of heat, oil and water resistance. 

It is interchangeable with all other API standard designed pistons.

 

2) Bonded Urethane Pistons

Our bonded urethane pistons dramatically extend service life in triplex pumps with ample water

 cooling. Harder, more dense polyurethane construction provides superior resistance to abrasive

 fluids providing optimum service life in harsh drilling conditions. It is interchangeable with piston 

with replacement rubbers.

 

3) Bonded Rubber Pistons

Our bonded rubber pistons have no joints to leak. Eliminates abrasive fluids between piston and 

liner. The rubber construction is especially resistant to chemical and oil based drilling muds with 

varying aniline points.

 

4) Piston Replacements

We offer a full line of piston replacements including piston hubs, plates, snap rings and renewable

 rubbers.

Modules: All the drilling mud pump modules aremanufactured by high quality alloy steel AlSl8620 orAlSl 4135.Heat treatment and internal hardened for highdurability. With strictly mechanical machine, and NDT, itcould serve a long wear performance. All our products aredesigned under 5000psi,7500 psi, and 10000 psi pressure.

Liners:Bi-metal liners with high abrasion and corrosionresistance are used. The liner sleeve is made of wearresisting cast iron. The surface hardness of the liner sleeve isHRC 60 to 65. ceramic liners are made of a forged steel outershell and a ceramic inner sleeve.

Piston: the piston is sealed by the rubber O-ring along withthe cylindrical surface fit and then is tightened by lock nuts.preventing the piston from looseness and acting as thesealing
