API SPEC 7K Mud Pump
1.Frame It is the structure of steel plate welding, the main bearing base and upper, and lower seats for crank shaft adopt cast steel, and they have the stress relieving treatment after welding.
2. Wheel Set Of Transmission Gear It is integrated herringbone gear transmission, the drive torque is high and the operation smooth.
3. The Crank Shaft is cast with alloy steel. The large gear ring is the integrated herringbone gear, the inner hole and crank shaft is in tight fit, and are fastened by bolts and blocking nuts.
4. Pinion It is forged by alloy steel.
5. Crosshead It is cast with ductule iron and has a good antifriction performance.
