Our modules include valve and cylinder head plugs, threaded rings, locks, studs and nuts, as well as other specialty items, all manufactured to meet the highest standards of quality.

Our Bomco F1600HL Discharge Cylinder Assembly Mud Pump Fluid End Module is made from high-quality alloy steel AISI8620 or AISI 4135. It undergoes heat treatment and internal hardening to ensure exceptional durability and long-lasting performance. With strict mechanical machining and non-destructive testing, this module is designed to provide reliable wear performance.

 

Our products are designed to withstand pressures of 5000psi, 7500psi, and 10000psi, making them suitable for a wide range of applications.

 

In addition to our standard modules, we also offer modules forged by alloy 35CrMo or 40CrMoMn. These modules undergo secondary smelting and deoxygenation treatment to ensure high quality and excellent mechanical performance. They are manufactured according to JB/TQ252-81 Specification.
