Product description

Fixed throttle valve is a fixed throttle, can provide a variety of forms and throttle aperture of the throttle nozzle, all standard fixed throttle valve under 15000psi working pressure, the cap plug processing 1/2 NPT hole to connect the needle valve or pressure gauge for monitoring, 15000psi and above the working pressure cap plug the connection hole is 9/16" high pressure thread hole.

 
Design feature

The body of the fixed throttle is interchangeable with that of the adjustable throttle.
A drain valve on the valve body allows the operator to safely drain pressure from the valve chamber before removing the cap assembly.
The valve cover is provided with a drain hole, and the pressure in the body can be automatically drained when the operator loosens the valve cover nut once round.
The ACME thread connection on the valve cover and the valve body is easy to clean and check.
The design of the valve body and the seal of the valve cover effectively prevents the extrusion of the O-ring seal of the valve cover.The throttle seat assembly is installed under the inlet channel of the valve body to extend the service life of the valve seat.
