Introducing the Weco Figure 1502 1003 602 Hammer Union by GPE Oil Machinery Co., Ltd. This welding type 4" union is perfect for drilling tools and features a wing test design. It is a reliable and durable choice for your oil machinery needs.
GPE Oil Machinery Co., Ltd offers a wide range of hammer unions designed with advanced technologies from SPM. Our hammer unions are available in various types including thread connection, welding, and H2S service unions. They are suitable for different applications and come in sizes ranging from 1" to 4". The unions have a working pressure (CWP) range of 1000Psi to 20000Psi (7MPa to 140MPa).
For easy identification, our unions are painted in different colors based on their pressure ratings. They also have clear markings indicating the size, connecting mode, and pressure ratings.
Our hammer unions are known for their reliable sealing performance. The seal rings are made of high-quality rubber compound, enhancing load-bearing capacity and sealing performance while protecting connectors from erosion. Different pressures and applications require different sealing methods.
Installation is fast and hassle-free with our unions. Wing nuts and rigid ACME ensure quick installation or dismantling without the need for special tools.
All our unions are made in the English system and are highly interchangeable with products in the international market. The seal rings are fully interchangeable with SPM or FMC equivalent products. The wing nuts have size and pressure markings formed in a die-forging model, similar to international products.
Our hammer unions are manufactured using advanced machining and inspection methods. Spherical adapters are machined by precision NC machine tools, ensuring high sealing performance. LP threads are machined by special cutting tools. Wing nuts are machined by NC machines, providing high strength and load-bearing capacity. Welding materials and welding grooves conform to API 16C standards. Unions for sour gas environments are strictly manufactured to NACE-MR0175 and API RP-14E standards.
