The ZQ Drill Pipe Power Tong, manufactured by GPE Oil Machinery Co., Ltd, is an ideal well head tool for oil drilling apparatus. It is widely used in both offshore and land drilling operations for making-up and breaking-out drilling wells, as well as repairing wells.
Featuring an open-throat design, the ZQ series allows the tongs to escape from drilling pipes freely, providing high mobility and flexibility during operations.
This power tong is a combination of a spinning tong and a torque tong, effectively replacing the need for a cathead manual tong and spinning rope in making-up and breaking-out processes.
