The ZJ50DBS Oil Drilling Rig and Spare Parts is a state-of-the-art drilling rig that combines digital-control, computer technology, and advanced mechanics to provide intelligent control and efficient drilling operations. With its PLC technology and touch screen interface, the rig offers precise control and monitoring of drilling parameters.
Equipped with an AC VF motor drive, the drawworks, rotary table, and mud pump can achieve stepless speed regulation, allowing for optimal performance and flexibility. The drawworks features a single shaft, gear transmission, and hydraulic disk brake, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
The rig also incorporates a constant WOB auto-bit-feed device, enabling precise control of the weight on bit. Additionally, the rig operation includes functions for collecting, displaying, storing, printing, and transferring drilling parameters, as well as multi-point monitoring and communication.
With its full digital-control or digital closed-loop control capabilities, the rig ensures precise control over traveling block position, trip speed, safety presetting, and interlock protection. It also features crown and RT protection to prevent collisions and impacts.
The rig is equipped with an online monitoring system for mechanical, electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic implements, allowing for easy troubleshooting and ensuring uninterrupted operation. The driller control cabin is independent, lifted hydraulically, and designed for explosion-proof certification, providing a safe and comfortable working environment.
Furthermore, the rig can be equipped with a rig moving device, making it suitable for cluster well drilling. It also meets the requirements for TDS installation.
